Every Man Deserves a Brotherhood
Man Days Project was born from a simple truth: men need other men. Not just acquaintances — but brothers who will challenge, support, and walk with them through every season of life.

How Man Days Project Began
Man Days Project started when a group of men realized they were all going through similar struggles — but none of them had a space to talk about it. They were expected to be strong, but had nowhere to be honest about the weight they carried.
What began as informal weekend gatherings quickly grew into something bigger. Men started showing up not just for themselves, but for each other. They learned practical skills, held each other accountable, and discovered that vulnerability within a brotherhood was not weakness — it was the foundation of real strength.
Today, Man Days Project serves hundreds of men through accountability groups, life skills workshops, and community events. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to ensure no man walks alone.
Our Mission
To equip men with the skills, relationships, and accountability they need to thrive as fathers, husbands, leaders, and neighbors. We provide public demonstrations for personal execution skills, support for men going through tough seasons, and community spaces for men walking similar paths.
Our Vision
A world where every man has access to a brotherhood that empowers him to live with purpose, serve his community, and pass strength on to the next generation. We envision communities transformed by men who show up fully — for themselves and for others.
Our Core Values
Accountability
We hold each other to higher standards. Real growth happens when men commit to showing up consistently.
Purpose
Every man has a calling. We help men discover and execute on the purpose that drives their lives forward.
Brotherhood
No man should walk alone. We create authentic connections where vulnerability is strength.
Service
Strong men serve. We pour into others because the best way to grow is to help those around us.
Community
We believe in the power of showing up. Community is not passive — it requires intentional effort.
Excellence
We pursue excellence in all things. Not perfection, but the honest effort to be better each day.
